Former WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee recently did an interview with Kristine Leahy of Fair Game where she spoke about her pro wrestling career.
At the end of the interview, Lee was asked what she would tell fans who want to see her come back for one more wrestling match. This is where she said that she would tell them never say never, which is what a lot of wrestlers say.
“I say, never say never. Every time I have said never in my life, I have ended up doing the thing. Like, ‘Oh my god, I’m never going to date a wrestler. I will never date another wrestler.’ Then it keeps going and I married one. I say that I don’t know what the future holds, to not hold your breath, but never say never.”

Lee, who is married to CM Punk, was with the company from 2009 through 2015. During her time with the company, she held the Divas Title three times. She retired after working a six-woman tag team match on the Raw episode after WrestleMania 31.
