Chris Jericho spoke with the media following AEW Fight For The Fallen in Jacksonville, Florida.
Among the topics discussed:
– The atmosphere at Fight For The Fallen
– His upcoming match with “Hangman” Adam Page
– His Talk Is Jericho interview with Jon Moxley. He says Moxley was thinking about doing that interview for weeks and the interview exposed some pandoras boxes on what things are like in WWE. He said WWE is like a factory. “That system is very confining when it comes to a lot of creativity,” he said. He added that his AEW in-ring promo on Saturday night was the first time in 20 years that he’s been able to talk with no script.
– He also talked about how he’s been able to reinvent himself. Jericho said that David Bowie has been one of his inspirations because he always changes what he is doing. He said that he no longer relates to the Y2J character.
