WWE has announced two matches for Tuesday night’s SmackDown Live.
Finn Balor will take on Dolph Ziggler. Balor is set to take on Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam so we could see the next chapter in that feud and Ziggler superkicked Shawn Michaels last week. Dave Meltzer noted this week that WWE sources told him that Ziggler vs. Miz or Michaels is not in the plans for SummerSlam so, perhaps, we’ll find out more on Ziggler’s SummerSlam match on Tuesday night.
Also announced for SmackDown Live, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) will take on Drew McIntyre and Elias. This match was made after New Day showed their support for Kevin Owens during his feud with Shane McMahon.
Also, as noted earlier, Trish Stratus will be interviewed by Jerry “The King” Lawler during a “King’s Court” segment.
SmackDown Live will be at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN on Tuesday night.
