WATCH: First tease for the “new” Liv Morgan?

Liv Morgan has had an interesting 2019 as she was split up from The Riott Squad and moved brands as part of the Superstar Shake-up.

Following the roster move, she hadn’t appeared on television until the July 16th episode of SmackDown Live when she lost to Charlotte Flair. After the match, Morgan went to the announcer’s table and grabbed the headset where she talked about needing to be real.

This led to speculation that Morgan could get some sort of character makeover. It was later reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the loss and promo are leading to a new character and a new look.

Various posts on her social media accounts seem to hint at a darker version of herself. She did just that recently when a video surfaced of her sitting out in the rain and wrote “rain cleansing” on Twitter.

As of this writing, there’s no word yet when Morgan will show off her new character on WWE television.
