Rusev and Lana are still on sabbatical from WWE and the word is that his contract is set to expire relatively soon but he has not said what the next step is.
However, Rusev has responded to some of the recent rumors. One rumor suggested that he was not expected to re-sign with WWE and then another one claimed that he was expected to sign a new deal.
Rusev responded: “You need to make up your mind my dude.”
Rusev later added: “How can you report when you have no idea !!!!!!”
Again, the only thing that is known is that he is on break from WWE and he has expressed unhappiness with his creative direction. There has been no word on what his decision will be with on his WWE future because he’s kept that close to the vest.
