Former WWE Champion CM Punk took part in an interview at the big Starrcast III convention at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
During the panel, Punk talked about the infamous night where he got a phone call from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson while in the ring in February 2017 at Monday Night Raw.
The Rock appeared in front of the live crowd at the Staples Center in Los Angeles because his production company was there to film a scene for the movie on Paige’s family.
Rock talked to the crowd and, at one point, called CM Punk in front of the live crowd. Punk didn’t answer but Rock left him a voicemail. Inside the Ropes released this video of Punk talking about walking his dog and going down the elevator, which made him lose cell service. He tried calling Rock back but couldn’t get a hold of him.
