AEW Dynamite drew strong cable ratings again this week against WWE NXT.
The live viewership for this week’s Dynamite came in at 940,000 viewers against NXT’s 700,000 live viewers. Note that the viewership numbers will be higher when the DVR numbers are factored in later this week.
NXT may have been affected more by the impeachment coverage on the major cable networks and the Lev Parnas interview on Rachael Maddow’s MSNBC show since NXT viewers skew older than AEW.
This is more great news for AEW on the heels of their announcement that they have signed a new deal to stay with TNT through 2023 with an option to extend until 2024.
This week’s AEW Dynamite was headlined by PAC vs. Darby Allin and NXT was headlined by a women’s battle royal.

Viewers 18-49: AEW 0.38 / NXT 0.21
Female viewers 18-49: AEW 0.26 / NXT 0.16
Male viewers 18-49: AEW 0.51 / NXT 0.26
Viewers 18-34: AEW 0.24 / NXT 0.14
Female viewers 12-34: AEW 0.09
Male viewers 12-34: AEW 0.26 / NXT 0.13
Viewers 25-54: AEW 0.42 / NXT 0.24
Viewers 50+: AEW 0.34 / NXT 0.35
