According to Edge, he is currently at home with family in Asheville, North Carolina and nowhere near Houston, Texas, the site of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
Edge wrote the following on Instagram: “Mom is at work and Dada and the girls are having an Octonaut Pizza party. Ruby is still mastering the mask. Cape and masks courtesy of a certain Psycho Killer. That sentence is very odd. I occupy a strange corner of the world. Thanks @nxtciampa”
Edge tagged himself as being in “Asheville, North Carolina” on his Instagram and Twitter post. Of course, that does not mean that he will not be appearing in the Men’s Royal Rumble match because major surprises are usually flown in on the day of the show and snuck into the arena to avoid spoilers.
As we exclusively reported on Friday, Edge is scheduled to be in Houston on Sunday night.
