Super Bowl LIV champs Kansas City Chiefs are getting a WWE Championship

It’s customary for WWE to send out a title to teams that win major championships and the Kansas City Chiefs are no exception.

Triple H revealed the custom WWE Championship that will be sent out to the team. As seen below, the belt has custom Chiefs plates on the side. The Chiefs have a Super Bowl parade planned for Wednesday at 11:30 am local time so there’s a chance that the title will pop up during the parade coverage.

Triple H tweeted: “For the first time in 50 years, the Kansas City @Chiefs can say they are #SuperBowl Champions again! Congratulations to Coach Andy Reid, MVP @PatrickMahomes, @tkelce, and the entire organization. Bring this title back to the #ChiefsKingdom to celebrate!”

On a related note, it will be interesting to see if WWE gets a boost for this Friday’s SmackDown rating since FOX ran several commercials for them during Super Bowl Sunday.

In addition to the WWE ads, several wrestlers were featured in some way during the Super Bowl including John Cena, The Rock, and Ric Flair.
