It looks line one WWE NXT star has received a name change.
According to Squared Circle Sirens, NXT star Reina Gonzalez has received a new name, and will now be going by Raquel González. Gonzalez, who is the daughter of Ricky Gonzalez, has been signed to WWE since 2016 and training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Before landing with NXT and the Performance Center, Gonzalez tried out for WWE Tough Enough.
Gonzalez was a participant in the 2017 Mae Young Classic. Unfortunately, she was a first-round exit after being defeated by Nicole Savoy. Gonzalez returned for the second annual Mae Young Classic tournament and was again eliminated in the first round, this time by Kacy Catanzaro.
Since, Gonzalez has been working NXT live shows and EVOLVE events in the Florida area.
