This week on WWE Monday Night Raw, MVP and Bobby Lashley unveiled the new United States Championship. MVP said he is the new champion after defeating Crews last week.
This confirms what @WrestleVotes reported earlier today regarding a new design for that title. The actual champion, Apollo Crews, was not at Raw this week. It’s unclear if he was off the show because of COVID-19 or other reasons but he is expected back for the pay-per-view to defend the title against MVP.
Here is the updated card for WWE Extreme Rules:
WWE Championship
Drew McIntyre (Champion) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Wyatt Swamp Fight
Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt
WWE Raw Women’s Championship
Asuka (Champion) vs. Sasha Banks
WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship
Bayley (Champion) vs. Nikki Cross
Eye For An Eye Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins
WWE United States Championship
Apollo Crews (Champion) vs. MVP
WWE Extreme Rules will air on the WWE Network on Sunday, July 19 from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
