Johnny Gargano had an interesting exchange with one fan on social media for a certain belief of the fan.
Gargano has been a top star in WWE NXT for a few years. He worked his way up the ranks alongside Tommasso Ciampa as they started as a tag team. He eventually became the top champion by winning the NXT Title.
As of late, he has been mainly paired with his wife, Candice LeRae, on television as they are portrayed as a heel couple.
It all started when the fan wrote, “I love Johnny Gargano, I think he’s awesome, But him being scared to go to the main roster is just stupid, he did literally everything he could on NXT, you’re not gonna have a successful career if you don’t go to the Main Roster.”
In response, Gargano wrote, “Let’s talk about this “scared” narrative. I get to work side by side with my Wife and guys I’ve traveled the world with for years. I have a great relationship with everyone in the office, get to WRESTLE and help a product I truly believe in. That’s my definition of “success”.”

He most recently lost to NXT North American Champion Keith Lee at the NXT TakeOver: In Your House special.
He also lost a triple threat match on an episode of NXT to where he had the chance to become the North American Champion and earn the right to face Adam Cole in a Winner Takes All Match. Lee ultimately won both matches that resulted in him becoming the NXT Champion.
