WATCH: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson poke fun at WWE, Triple H, and Paul Heyman during BTE

The latest episode of Being The Elite was released on Monday and features Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in a flashback moment from 2016.

It all started when Matt and Nick Jackson remembered their Bullet Club days. This is where we see them having a meeting with Gallows and Anderson about starting their own wrestling company.

They all stated that they would be in Bullet Club for life before agreeing that they would come with The Bucks when their promotion launched. After the brothers left, Gallows and Anderson called Matt and Nick marks. They also noted how they wanted to go to WWE and be famous.

Gallows stated that TNT doesn’t want wrestling after what happened last time [WCW] and that the Bullet Club thing is getting them to New York.

They said they could not wait to team with Triple H and said there were two Pauls [Triple H and Paul Heyman] in the company that they looked forward to working with. Gallows thought that they were going to team up with Triple H one day, which Anderson loved the idea of that happening.

Although they made it seem like this footage was taped a few years ago, they actually taped the segment a couple of weeks ago. Despite the fact that Gallows and Anderson didn’t sign with AEW after being let go by WWE, the four wrestlers remain good friends. Anderson and Gallows appeared at Impact’s Slammiversary PPV on Saturday as they’ve signed a two-year deal with the promotion.

This comes just days after Anderson and Gallows did a podcast where they opened up on various topics including having talks with AEW, Paul Heyman, what happened in Saudi Arabia, AJ Styles’ heat with Heyman, Vince McMahon, and much more. For a complete recap, click here.
