Chris Jericho comments on possible WWE return

Chris Jericho was back for another Saturday Night Special that aired on his YouTube channel.

During the live stream, a fan asked him to come back to WWE even though he’s one of the biggest stars that AEW has under contract right now.

“It’s not going to happen. I really enjoy being in AEW. I loved my time in WWE,  I love Vince McMahon, I learned a lot. I had a lot of fun, but listen, you can’t stay in the same place forever.

You become stagnant if you do and I think you need to push yourself to do something new. The fact that AEW was live without a net when I first showed up and all of us have done such a great job of promoting this brand and promoting this company.”

Jericho added that the Demo God thing is real, but knows that it’s not just because of him. He then brought up how the Falls Count Anywhere Match did over a million viewers last week on AEW Dynamite.

This Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite will feature Best Friends, Orange Cassidy, Luchasaurus, and Jungle Boy vs. Jericho, Jake Hager, Santana, Ortiz, and Sammy Guevara in a 5-on-5 match.
