Tommaso Ciampa has joined fellow NXT star Dominik Dijakovic in deleting his history on Twitter.
Earlier this week, Dijakovic essentially hit the factory reset on the social media platform. Now, Ciampa has done it. This comes during a time where there is a lot of speculation as to who could be part of the RETRIBUTION faction.
It’s unclear why Ciampa has deleted his tweet history but it could be related to the group that is slated to be featured on Monday Night Raw going forward. The group didn’t make their official debut nor the identities of those in the faction revealed.
Instead, on Monday’s Raw, WWE had a group of people wearing hoodies outside throwing what appeared to be Molotov cocktails at a generator outside of the Performance Center.
It’s interesting if Ciampa is actually part of the group as he has been hesitant about going to the main roster. While he did have a stint after being called up, he wasn’t used for long as he had to undergo neck surgery shortly thereafter.
The former NXT champion has gone on record by stating that he doesn’t think his body could handle the main roster touring schedule and would rather retire than be called up.
However, WWE isn’t touring right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic so things may have changed.
