WWE changes stipulation for SummerSlam match

WWE has changed a stipulation for the match between Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio at SummerSlam.

This past Monday night on Raw saw the two stars do a contract signing for the match. Mysterio also signed a second contract to be a WWE star. During the segment, it was revealed that Dominik would be allowed to use kendo sticks or other weapons of his choice during the match.

However, on Saturday, WWE announced that this contest will now be a Street Fight. This will mark the first match for Dominik inside of a WWE ring.

WWE holds the SummerSlam pay-per-view event on Sunday, August 23, 2020 in Orlando, Florida at the Amway Center. Here is the updated card:

WWE Universal Championship Match:
Braun Strowman (champion) vs. Bray Wyatt

WWE Raw Tag Team Championship Match:
The Street Profits (champions) vs. Andrade & Angel Garza

Apollo Crews (champion) vs. MVP

Street Fight:
Seth Rollins vs. Dominik Mysterio

WWE Raw Women’s Championship Match:
Sasha Banks (champion) vs. Asuka

WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship Match:
Bayley (champion) vs. Asuka

Hair vs. Hair Match:
Mandy Rose vs. Sonya Deville
