WWE announced on Monday that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre has tested positive for COVID-19.
It was also confirmed that he has been quarantined. WWE didn’t mention when their top star on the red brand found out or his symptoms. WWE issued the following:
“Drew McIntyre has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been placed in quarantine. Check back to WWE.com for more updates as they become available.”

As a result, McIntyre’s non-title match with Randy Orton on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw is off. This was the only match announced in advance for this show.
WWE had also been teasing a possible appearance by Goldberg for tonight’s Raw after last week’s episode that closed with not only Goldberg challenging McIntyre for a shot at the WWE Title but shoving down the champion.
Tonight’s WWE Raw will face heavy competition by going up against the NCAA Championship football game on ESPN.
