Fans have picked up on the fact that Sonny Kiss has been off both AEW Dynamite and AEW Dark for nearly a month.
A fan asked about him during the AEW Dynamite Post-Show. Tony Schiavone mentioned that Kiss is injured.
“He didn’t get fired, he’s been with us. Sonny has been injured. I’ve seen him in the training room. So he’s been banged up, I’ve seen him there but he’s just not able to perform. I appreciate your question, he is a tremendous athlete, I agree with you on that.”
Kiss was last seen in action when he lost to Miro on the December 22nd edition of AEW Dark while his last match on Dynamite came against Kenny Omega on October 21.
