Matt Riddle will get another shot at Bobby Lashley’s United States Championship.
Riddle earned the title opportunity by going through the gauntlet. He defeated The Hurt Business members Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander, and MVP. Benjamin and Alexander lost after Alexander caused issues at ringside that caused the referee to get distracted and Alexander was pinned clean with a rollup. Lashley attacked Riddle after the match.
WWE did not say if the Riddle vs. Lashley place will happen this Sunday but, at one point, the match was scheduled for the Royal Rumble. It could be moved to Raw.
