Judge dismisses lawsuit filed by fan against WWE

WWE no longer has to worry about a complaint filed by a fan against them.

On January 25th, a man named Cedric Cunningham filed a $500 billion lawsuit against WWE. The lawsuit was for emotional distress, cruel and unusual punishment, and discrimination according to court documents obtained by HeelByNature.com.

A district judge in Florida dismissed it on January 29th due to finding that his lawsuit was ‘frivolous or malicious’.

The complaint, which was lengthy handwritten, claimed WWE uses “sorcery” to degrade the man to millions of viewers during television broadcasts.

Per the court documents, the judge, Raag Singhal, was quick to dismiss the case as he stated it would be a waste of public funds to move forward. Thus, he ordered the case to be closed, and denied any further motions.
