The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland.
The episode drew an average of 2.04 million viewers, which is down from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 2.18 million viewers on FOX, according to TV Series Finale.
It also pulled in an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic. That is down from the 0.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.
SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until later this week.
This was the second show with fans in attendance in over a year and the fallout show for Sunday’s Money in the Bank PPV event. It did go up against the Olympics, which will impact all shows going forward.
The episode featured Big E vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews in a non-title match, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair defending against Carmella, Toni Storm’s debut, John Cena appearance, and more.
