Cody Rhodes has announced new members to The Nightmare Family.
The former TNT Champion announced the members in the latest Sammy Guevara’s vlog. Those wrestlers are Fuego del Sol, Red Velvet, KiLynn King, and Baron Black.

Fuego del Sol broke into the business in 2014. He did work a dark match for WWE under the ring name KJ Orso on a January 2020 episode of Raw where he lost against Erick Rowan. Del Sol became a regular on AEW Dark last year where he was a jobber until he got his first AEW win in July on Dark when he teamed with Marko Stunt to defeat Ryzin and Baron Black.
Velvet started working in wrestling in 2016 for Fighting Evolution Wrestling. She started working Dark matches last June. Most notably, Velvet replaced Brandi Rhodes to team with Cody to lose to Jade Cargill and Shaquille O’Neal in a mixed tag team match on the March 3, 2021 episode of Dynamite. In May, Velvet lost to Serena Deeb for the NWA World Women’s Championship on Dynamite.
After training at the Team 3D Academy (the Dudley Boyz wrestling school), King worked for FEST Wrestling, Generation Championship Wrestling, IGNITE Wrestling and Queens Of Combat among others. King debuted in 2020 on an episode of AEW Dark in a match lost to Penelope Ford. She’s worked tag team matches since then.
Black has been wrestling since 2009 for promotions such as New South Pro Wrestling and Anarchy Wrestling. He lost his promotional debut on an episode of Dynamite against Shawn Spears in April 2020.
Cody is the leader of the group in addition to his wife, Brandi Rhodes, his brother, Dustin Rhodes, his manager/coach Arn Anderson, Brock Anderson, Lee Johnson and The Gunn Club.
