Ember Moon was slated to wrestle Dakota Kai in a match on last Tuesday’s episode of NXT on the USA Network, but hours before the match was supposed to take place, she was pulled from it. WWE announced the former Women’s Champion was not medically cleared.
It was reported at the time that while she was removed from the match, she was backstage at the show. It was also reported her situation “was described by one source as ‘not serious.’”
Moon decided to take to Twitter to address the speculation as to why she was not medically cleared to wrestle on this show. Moon wrote, “just want to clarify that I am not injured.”

The reason for Moon being pulled from the match is still unknown. Moon hasn’t wrestled since the July 13 episode of NXT.
