Released WWE star will be a free agent tomorrow, says he was mismanaged by his former bosses

Former WWE star Bronson Reed (Jonah Rock) noted on Twitter that he will become a free agent tomorrow.

Reed tweeted, “Tomorrow I become a free agent. I am confident in myself and my abilities. Although being terribly mismanaged by a company recently makes me nervous about having to find a new employer in 60 days.

Thanks for all the support! I’m sure I’ll be back to kicking ass in no time!”

Reed was part of the group of NXT names that were released on August 6 along with Tyler Rust, Leon Ruff, Mercedes Martinez, Bobby Fish, Ari Sterling, Kona Reeves, Stephon Smith, Zechariah Smith, Jake Atlas, Asher Hale, Giant Zanjeer, and Desmond Troy.

All of the names listed above will be free to sign with any wrestling company as of this week since there is only a 30-day non-compete for released NXT talent.

Reed was one of the most surprising names to be let go because he was expected to be moving up to the main roster after having a run with the North American Championship.

WWE is said to be focusing more on younger names as they prepare to relaunch NXT next week with a new look.
