NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 16 Night 1 results: Shingo Takagi vs. Kazuchika Okada, title changes

Night one of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 16 is in the books as it went down on Tuesday morning and aired live on NJPW World and Fite TV.

In the headliner, Kazuchika Okada defeated Shingo Takagi to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Now, Okada will headline the second night when he defends the title against Will Ospreay.

There were some other title changes on the show as Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI defeated Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi to win the IWGP Tag Team Championships and EVIL defeated Tomohiro Ishii to win the NEVER Openweight Championship. The promotion holds night two on Wednesday morning. Here are the results:
