WWE has filed a trademark for Brock Lesnar. On January 18, WWE filed to trademark his name as a term. This is being used for merchandise purposes. Here is the description for the filing:
“BROCK LESNAR™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas; championship trophy belts.”
Lesnar made his return at SummerSlam to start a program with Universal Champion Roman Reigns that led to their first match taking place at Crown Jewel where “The Beast Incarnate” lost.
WWE has already confirmed that Lesnar will make his first defense of the WWE Title in this latest reign as champion in a dream match against Bobby Lashley. While WWE doesn’t have plans for a high stakes stipulation for the top match at WrestleMania 38 featuring Lesnar, the company is still going forward with their original plans.
