Riho is taking a break from wrestling due to an apparent injury.
The former AEW Women’s Champion took to Twitter to post a picture of herself with her right arm in a sling. She noted in the caption that she will be taking a rest.
As of this writing, there’s no word on the severity or extent of Riho’s injury in addition to how long the injury will keep her out of the squared circle.
Riho was last seen in action on January 8th when she lost to AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker at the AEW Battle of Belts special. Before that match, she had been active on AEW programming as she worked over 10 matches from November through early January.
