As expected, Madcap Moss was back on WWE Friday Night SmackDown with a new look and new music. He wore black tights and he ditched the suspenders.
Moss said that the old Madcap Moss is gone because he buried him after the attack by Happy Corbin three weeks ago. He made it clear that he was dropping the comedy aspects of his personality.
Moss demanded to fight Corbin in the ring tonight but he refused to do so. However, Adam Pearce had a different idea in mind so the match was made. The match was quickly ruled a DQ because Moss attacked Corbin with a chair. This was basically an angle to set up their match for the PPV on Sunday.
