Impact Wrestling’s Mark Briscoe welcomes baby boy into the world

Mark Briscoe welcomed a baby boy into the world on Monday. He named his son Murphy “Big Murph” Pugh, who was born a month and a half early.

Mark shared the news on Instagram by posting a photo of the newborn on Instagram and wrote the following in the caption:

“Ladies and gentlemen, making his debut, weighing in at 5 pounds 5 ounces, Murphy “Big Murph” Pugh!!!! He arrived ahead of schedule at 33 weeks..currently enjoying a short stay at A.I. DuPont NICU, relaxing and doing great…getting ready to crush life on the planet Earth.”

Mark’s brother, Jay, also shared a photo on Twitter and noted that the little boy is getting stronger every day.

The Briscoes were inducted into the ROH Hall of Fame earlier this year after being with the promotion for the majority of their careers. They held the ROH World Tag Team Championships 12 times.

They lost the ROH Tag Titles to AEW’s FTR in April at SuperCard of Honor. The Briscoes have since begun wrestling in Impact where they won the Tag Team Championships on May 5th at Under Siege.
