The firms have all referred to the bombshell of a report by the Wall Street Journal from last week regarding Vince McMahon being investigated by WWE’s board for making a $3 million settlement to a former employee over an alleged sexual relationship.
In addition to that, WWE’s board is also looking into the misconduct allegations against McMahon and John Laurinaitis.
As previously reported, Laurinaitis has been placed on administrative leave and Bruce Prichard is filling in for him as the interim Head of Talent Relations.
