Several WWE stars waiting on creative plans to bring them back on TV

Although WWE has one of its most stacked rosters in recent memory across Raw, NXT, and SmackDown, the company has an underlying issue, which is what to do with all of the talent and who to use, as not everyone can be on television every week.

Dexter Lumis

There are several stars that have been on the sidelines, with fans wondering where they’ve been if they’re injured and whether WWE has plans to bring them back.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has an update on some of these stars. First up is Dexter Lumis, who hasn’t wrestled since May. The report noted that he isn’t injured and is ready to go when WWE comes up with creative plans for him. However, he has not been at many recent TV tapings.

Odyssey Jones

Another name is Odyssey Jones, who was called up from NXT to the main roster as part of the Raw brand for this year’s Draft. He has yet to make his main roster debut, although he has been tagging with Cameron Grimes against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on recent live events.

Fightful was told he had been pitched for the Street Profits/Bobby Lashley group at one point, but nothing has come from it.

Omos is the last name as he has not been used on WWE TV since SummerSlam when he returned after a hiatus following WrestleMania. WWE sources feel like Omos can be used in the attraction role, although no creative pitches have been made. He wrestles semi-regularly on live events.
