Injured WWE Star Returning Soon?

It looks like WWE could be getting one star back from the sidelines due to an injury, something that all wrestlers will face during their time in the business, no matter their style or how careful they’re in the ring.

Liv Morgan is currently dealing with an injury as she disappeared from WWE television in July after WWE did an angle on an episode of Raw where Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley was scheduled to wrestle Morgan, but Ripley attacked Morgan before the bout started, leading to a beat-down angle to write Morgan off television.

WWE officials came up with the idea to “Pillmanized” (chair on arm spot) Morgan’s arm, with Morgan stating she could not move her arm while selling the attack.

In reality, Morgan was spotted leaving Raw in a sling a week before after she had been checked on following a barricade spot.

Earlier this week, it was reported Morgan is still dealing with her shoulder injury with the expectation she would be returning to Birmingham, Alabama, for a new evaluation. At the time, there was no timetable for her return.

However, In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that “Morgan is expected to return soon.”
