WWE Is Said to Be Piping in Boos for Some TV Segments

For decades, WWE couldn’t control exactly how the fans in arenas would react to segments and matches but would try their best to get the desired reactions they wanted from their most hardcore fans based on booking.

When the COVID-19 pandemic happened in 2020, wrestling changed forever as it put a focus on how important live fans were to the product to the point where WWE started using NXT stars as fans during its shows.

They later introduced the ThunderDome where fans would appear on screens after firing up their computer/phone camera and could make noise that way.

WWE later started using fans’ recordings to get the cheers and boos they wanted. WWE mostly uses cheers these days to get a babyface over.

As seen below, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful pointed out how there were some noticeable boos piped in during Monday Night Raw this week.
