Coming out of Fastlane, WWE is moving forward with new programs, which started on Monday’s episode of Raw.
In one of the more significant segments of the show, Drew McIntyre set up his match with World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at the Crown Jewel PLE next month in Saudi Arabia.
Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley is also moving along with her own storyline as they advanced the feud with her and Nia Jax during Jax’s match with Raquel Rodriguez, Ripley and Shayna Baszler got involved with Shayna laying out Ripley.
Shinsuke Nakamura attacked Ricochet in a backstage segment ahead of his Intercontinental #1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match with Chad Gable and Bronson Reed, which Reed won. Later in the show, there was a backstage segment where Adam Pearce booked Ricochet vs. Nakamura for next week in a falls count anywhere match.
As seen below, McIntyre and Ripley could be seen talking in the background. Based on past booking, WWE will be doing some kind of storyline with the two stars.
