Impact Wrestling announced tonight that Mickie James, the current Knockouts Champion, is injured and she will not be able to appear at Sacrifice on Friday night. It was not said what the nature of the injury is or how long she will be out of action.
James was scheduled to defend her title against Jordynne Grace. It’s unclear what will happen to the title, if anything, but the situation will be addressed during the show.
