Trish Stratus is coming out of retirement for another match, and it will be showcased on the WWE WrestleMania Goes Hollywood card.
Stratus is one of the pioneers of what fans see today with women’s wrestling alongside the likes of Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, Mickie James, and others. She paved the way for the current generation of wrestlers as those names above proved that female talent could go in the ring just like the men.
Stratus last worked a match at the 2019 SummerSlam event, where she lost to Charlotte Flair in Toronto.
Stratus, Becky Lynch, and Lita will be taking on Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO Sky in a six-woman tag team match at WrestleMania. It’s still unclear which night the match will take place – April 1 or April 2.
