There’s been a lot of talk about Bray Wyatt today after he did not appear at the Madison Square Garden show last night. He was replaced by Braun Strowman and there has been no official update from WWE on his absence.

There has been speculation that Wyatt walked out because of a creative issue but WWE sources have not confirmed that.

The Wrestling Observer’s Ryan Frederick reported today on the F4W Board that Wyatt is out due to “creative issues” and he is off the WrestleMania card. Frederick doubled down on this in another post. Of course, there’s still a possibility that things can be worked out to get him on the show. WWE has not yet given any indication that plans have changed but it’s notable that Wyatt was not at SmackDown just over a week ago and instead, they sent out Uncle Howdy for the segment with Bobby Lashley.

Fightful Select reports that a WWE source told them that Wyatt is sidelined with a “physical issue.” For what it’s worth, we know that Wyatt has been wearing a knee brace in recent months but again, we have not gotten confirmation that this is the reason why he did not show up for the show at MSG. Thus far, those who know Wyatt have been quiet about his status.

Wyatt has only wrestled a handful of matches since his return and the last time he wrestled was on the 2/26 live event in Rockford, IL where he defeated LA Knight. We will post updates when we hear more about Wyatt and his status going forward.
