As of this writing, this hasn’t been officially announced by AEW but according to Spectrum Cable, the second annual AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view is scheduled for Saturday, June 23, 2023.
Last year’s show was a big success for AEW and the belief is that this will continue as a yearly tradition. It will be interesting to see which names from NJPW come over this year.
One would think that AEW would be interested in working with IWGP Women’s World Champion Mercedes Mone.
