Jesse Ventura Says He’s Talking With WWE Again Now That Vince McMahon Is Out

Jesse Ventura is open to being involved with WWE now that Vince McMahon is gone from the promotion as Triple H is leading creative, and Nick Khan handles business.

Ventura has been on good and bad terms with the company, mainly Vince McMahon, for years. He made a name for himself as a wrestler before becoming an announcer for WWE, leading to his Hall of Fame induction in 2004.

While appearing on The Vanguard, the WWE Hall of Famer Ventura said he and WWE are “talking again” now that “wrestling has chosen this new direction, shall we call it.” He noted that it “required them going in this new direction,” and that direction is “now going was good enough for Jesse Ventura and the WWE to begin talking again.”

Ventura tried to get WWE wrestlers to unionize in 1986 before WrestleMania 2, something he discussed in this interview. He left in 1990.

The two sides are likely talking about some sort of Legends deal. Take this for it is for now.
