Top WWE Star Has Still Not Signed A New Deal

WWE is just over a week away from hosting WrestleMania 40, with some of the biggest matches on tap featuring its biggest stars, including one who has yet to sign a new contract.

That star is Drew McIntyre, who has been praised for his character work on television heading into WrestleMania season as a heel. He won the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match last Saturday, outlasting Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens, and Logan Paul.

As a result of the win, Drew will challenge World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40. His contract is slated to expire shortly after the show.

Contract status

Pwinsider reports that Mcintyre has told those close to him that he still hasn’t locked in a new WWE deal. The belief is that everyone is working under the understanding a new deal will be reached.

However, the word coming from his camp is nothing is signed and the next move will focus on family will be a major piece of the decision.
