Fans have been frustrated with the way All Elite Wrestling uses Miro for a while now.
Fans had high expectations for him in AEW when he first joined the promotion as it was viewed as a possible boost to his career, but things have not turned out the way Miro nor fans wanted.
After a strong 2021 run, Miro only had four matches in 2022 and hadn’t been seen on television for months before being brought back for a return in June 2023. AEW has been criticized for doing start-and-stop pushes with Miro.
He worked just seven matches in 2023 with his last match happening when he went over Andrade in their match to blow off the feud at Worlds End in December.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that Miro hasn’t been at AEW shows of late. Miro was also not at the “Dune: Part Two” movie premiere with CJ Perry this past week
