Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 1st Round Match
Trick Williams & Carmelo Hayes vs Edris Enofe & Malik Blade
Hayes hit a springboard on Enofe. Blade gave Hayes a spinebuster and a frog splash off the top rope, went for the pin, but Williams broke it up. Hayes gave Blade a Codebreaker and made the tag to Williams. Williams hit Blade with a running knee and pinned him.

Backstage, Fallon Henley said she is going to win the battle royal tonight.
Earlier today, Elektra Lopez told Lola Vice that you will win your tag team match tonight and I will win the battle royal. Tatum Paxley appeared on the other side of the door and said I’m going to win the rumble so Lyra Valkyria doesn’t have to defend her title because no one goes near my champion.
In the ring, Oba Femi said it was my destiny to be a champion. Dragon Lee came out and said you took your moment and you got it. I hope you continue the tradition of having open challenges for that title and I hope to be your first opponent. Femi said no. The open challenges are now closed. Lee said I want my rematch that I deserve. Femi said you don’t get to decide anymore. I may consider it.
Earlier today, Trey Bearhill thanked Eddy Thorpe for going out there and representing our culture. Dijak came in and told Thorpe I see you finally made a friend. Bearhill said I’m my own man. Dijak told Bearhill that your culture didn’t teach you when to quit. Last time I put one of you on the shelf and tonight it’s going to be you.
Backstage, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams said they are going to continue to win in the Dusty Rhodes Classic. Ilja Dragunov interrupted and told Trick Williams I’m now cleared and you deserve your title match at Vengeance Day. Williams said I appreciate that. Hayes told Williams that’s when we’re supposed to be in the Dusty Rhodes Classic finals.
Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley vs Lola Vice & Elektra Lopez
Paxley dove off the top turnbuckle on Lopez and tried for a pin, but Vice broke it up. Vice went for a kick on Valkyria, but Paxley moved Valkyria out of the way and she took the kick and fell on Lopez for the pin.

Backstage, the women’s locker room left as Arianna Grace gave a speech on how she’s going to win the battle royal.
Ridge Holland vs Joe Coffey (w/ Mark Coffee & Wolfgang)
Holland lifted up Joe and dropped him neck first on the top rope and gave him a clothesline. He followed it up with a driver and pinned him. After the match, Joe, Mark, and Wolfgang jumped Holland. The camera panned to the entrance way to show that nobody is coming down to save Holland with the story that nobody wants Holland on the roster.
Jacy Jayne, Karmen Petrovic, Thea Hail, and some of the other women on the roster were backstage. Jacy thanked them for helping Chase U. As they were getting ready to leave, Jacy called one of the women named Jasmine over and invited her for drinks.
Backstage, Kelani Jordan said I’m going into the Battle Royal with a chip on my shoulder. In 2023, I broke out and in 2024, I’m breaking through and I’m tired of hearing, patience.
Backstage, Baron Corbin said he is the leader of his team with Bron Breakker. Breakker was nervous and I gave him a pep talk. I picked up the slack and we got the victory. Breakker said I led the team and I saved his ass on the way to our victory. Breakker called the team The Wolf Dogs. Corbin didn’t like the name. Breakker said how about Wild Boars and Corbin walked away.
Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 1st Round Match
Chase University (Riley Osborne & Duke Hudson) (w/ Andre Chase) vs (LWO) Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro (w/ Zelina Vega)
Wilde gave Hudson a missile dropkick. Wilde dove over the ring post and landed on Osborne outside the ring. Wilde got back in the ring dove through the ropes hitting Hudson with a DDT on the way down. Wilde hit a moonsault on Hudson. Cruz tagged in and hit a twisting splash on Hudson to pin him.

Adriana Rizzo told Tony D’Angelo and Stacks she is nervous about her first match tonight in the battle royal, but Tony and Stacks calmed her down.
Dijak vs Trey Bearhill
Joe Gacy was on commentary. Dijak clotheslined Bearhill over the top rope. Dijak yelled at the commentators and Gacy headbutted him. After Dijak and Bearhill got back in the ring, Dijak hit Bearhill with a spinning kick and pinned him. After the match, Gacy jumped Dijak and they brawled to the back. Lexis King attacked Bearhill in the ring and gave him a spinning neckbreaker.

Backstage, JBL told Josh Briggs I picked you to be in the qualifier because I want you to discover who you are. You have all the talent in the world, but who is Josh Briggs? I want you to show NXT and WWE who you are.
A vignette was shown of the No Quarter Catch Crew. Going forward, they have a No Catch clause in all of their contracts where they will decide who steps forward to compete.
Backstage, Trick Williams apologized to Carmelo Hayes. He said I got excited. You know I wanted this title and I stepped on everything we got going. Hayes said I understand. Williams said we will win the Dusty Cup and then I will face Ilja for the NXT Championship later in the show and I’ll be the first to hold the NXT Championship and the NXT Tag Team Championship at the same time.
They announced Cora Jade injured her ACL at a live event and will be out a year.
NXT Women’s Battle Royal
Tatum Paxley, Lola Vice, Elektra Lopez , Gigi Dolin, Arianna Grace, Kelani Jordan, Karmen Petrovic, Adriana Rizzo, Kiana James, Izzi Dame, Lash Legend, Brinley Reece, Stevie Turner, Thea Hail, Blair Davenport, Fallon Henley, Jakara Jackson, Jaida Parker, Roxanne Perez.
Lola Vice eliminated Elektra Lopez early in the match. Paxley immediately eliminated Vice. Vice and Lopez brawled to the back. Petrovic eliminated Davenport. Davenport pulled Petrovic under the ring, knocked her out with a knee strike, and threw her back in the ring. Petrovic laid face down on the canvas still knocked out while the battle royal was going on. After some time, Grace picked up Petrovic and eliminated her. Hail then eliminated Grace. The remaining four competitors were Roxanne Perez, Kiana James, Kelani Jordan, and Fallon Henley.
Fatal 4-Way Match
Roxanne Perez vs Kiana James vs Kelani Jordan vs Fallon Henley
Jordan went for a moonsault off the top rope on James, but Izzi Dame pulled James out of the way. Perez hit the Pop Rocks on Jordan and pinned her.
