Seth Rollins is currently the face of the WWE Raw brand after winning the World Heavyweight Title at Night of Champions by beating AJ Styles.
This is the workhorse title of the company and the top prize on Raw as the original plan was for the WWE and Universal Titles to be separated after a Roman Reigns loss, but plans changed, leading to the creation of a new title as Reigns doesn’t work many shows these days, mostly on SmackDown.
Since winning the title in May, Rollins has defended it against the likes of The Miz, Damian Priest, Bron Breakker, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and Shinsuke Nakamura at television, premium live events, and house shows.
Most recently, Rollins retained his title in the main event of Saturday’s Payback PLE. However, Nakamura laid him out after the show went off the air, indicating another match between them is coming soon.
Rollins recently hit 100 days as the World Heavyweight Champion.
