AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy vs. Jon Moxley took place at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Moxley quickly took over, leading to them brawling to the floor where Cassidy was busted open. Moxley bit the bloody head of Cassidy. Back in the ring, Moxley with a spike piledriver. They traded biting each other. Moxley with a spoke piledriver for 2. Moxley applied a few different submissions until Cassidy got to the bottom rope. They did a spot on the exposed floor. Cassidy sent Moxley into the ring steps. Cassidy with series of moves before hitting a spear for 2. Cassidy with a series of kicks. Moxley fired back with clotheslines then the death rider for the near fall. Cassidy flipped him off and Moxley hit death rider for the win.
Winner: Jon Moxley
Post-match, Cassidy had the ring and got a standing ovation.
