Bryan Danielson vs. Ricky Starks in a Strap Match took place at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Starks attacked with him the strap before the match then tossed him into the ring post, where Danielson was busted open right away. Danielson began to fight back and was whipping him with the strap. Starks dropped the floor and when Danielson went for a dive, Starks hit him with the strap. Danielson put him around the ring post and started hitting him with it. Big Bill attacked Danielson leading to Ricky Steamboat, who was on commentary, making the save and brawling with Big Bill. Starks accidentally took out Starks. Danielson took out Bill and Starks with an outside dive. Back in the ring, Starks hit Danielson with a spear for 2. Danielson with the running knee to Starks for 2. Danielson with a series of heel kicks. Danielson with the lebell lock while using the strap for the win.
