AEW has locked down the trademark rights to “House of Ass.”
The term is used by The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) & Billy Gunn as the AEW Trios Champion scored a win over House Of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews, & Brody King) to win the titles at All In.
The promotion filed for the term on September 1st with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The trademark is listed for merchandise purposes. The full description reads as follows:
“Mark For: HOUSE OF ASS trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of bandanas; Beanies; Hats; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Tank tops; T-shirts.”
