WWE Files Trademarks For Old ECW PPV Themes

WWE has locked down the trademark rights to several past ECW events

The company did so on August 11 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This filing was for entertainment purposes.

The terms include Cyberslam, Hardcore Haven, Barely Legal, and Massacre on 34th Street, which were past ECW pay-per-view events. Here is the description:

When Vince McMahon bought ECW, he was able to obtain various ECW related things such as trademarks, rings, and the tape library.
