The third Blood & Guts match will be on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite from the TD Garden in Boston, MA. This match is AEW’s take on WarGames, as a cage surrounds two rings.
The inaugural match was delayed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pushed back to the May 5, 2021, episode of AEW Dynamite between The Pinnacle and The Inner Circle. MJF pushed Chris Jericho off the top of the cage after the match.
Last year’s match saw The Jericho Appreciation Society vs. Eddie Kingston, Santana, Ortiz, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta.
Tonight’s match will see The Golden Elite (Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, Young Bucks & Hangman Page) vs. Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli), Konosuke Takeshita, and PAC.
Other matches for the show include MJF & Adam Cole vs. Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia in the Blind Eliminator tag team tournament finals and FTW Champion Hook vs. Jack Perry.
