WWE has confirmed the opening contest for tonight’s episode of NXT, which will be the second week of Gold Rush.
NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton vs. Thea Hail will open the show. Hail earned the title bout on the June 6th episode of NXT by winning a battle royal.
It looked like the final two stars in the bout were Dana Brooke, who came in as a surprise participant, and Cora Jade until Hail popped up and eliminated them simultaneously.
