WWE Star Back on Top as Biggest Merchandise Seller

WWE’s business is on fire right now from every measurable metric, whether tat be attendance, TV ratings, PLE viewership, or merchandise.

Stars such as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and others have been at the top of weekly merchandise sales.

Last week, Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics noted the top five merchandise sellers were Rollins, LWO, Reigns, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley and Kevin Owens.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer had the attendance figures from WrestleNomics that noted that Reigns was the top merchandise seller for last week, followed by Steve Austin, the nWo, Eddie Guerrero, and Cody Rhodes.

Reigns is slated to make his return to WWE television tonight to follow up on his storyline with Jimmy Uso.

To hype the appearance, Reigns took to Twitter to write: “Your #TribalChief will be running the show tomorrow night in #Lexington, and we got some family business to handle… Stay tuned.”

Reigns is slated to be in action at Money in the Bank and SummerSlam.
